Why we built this.

Not a company guessing what a club needs, but a volunteer who missed it himself. It started with an injury.

Our story

Born on the sideline, not behind a desk.

Loyal2Sports started with an injury. No longer able to play, so volunteering it was. And then you see it up close: every single job had its own separate tool. Often homemade, always managed by someone else, and every year by a different volunteer.

Scattered tools

A separate application or spreadsheet for everything, each with its own way of working. They do not talk to each other, getting to the truth takes time, and one change has to be made in four places.

The yearly handover

New volunteers start from scratch every time. Knowledge, contracts and agreements leave with the previous one.

What board members ask us.

What does Loyal2Sports cost a sports club?

You pay per module. Sponsor & Product Management costs €25 per month, Members & Teams €1.50 per member per year, Volunteer management €1 per volunteer per year and the club website from €699 per year. Club communication and Event management are free. A club of 400 members with sponsorship and communication therefore pays about €75 per month. Take all six modules and the 20% Complete discount applies.

Can I take a single module, or do I need the whole platform?

Either works. Every module stands on its own, and you start with the one your volunteers lose the most time to. Because all modules share the same member, user and financial layer, each extra module strengthens the last, without ever migrating data.

Does Loyal2Sports work with Sportlink?

Yes. The Sportlink import wizard brings in members and teams as often as you like. Lisa (hockey), VoetbalAssist and WordPress are supported too, as are accounting packages via UBL invoices.

How long does implementation take?

You start the same day. You get three months free and without obligation, including a 30-minute onboarding call, training and videos. We migrate members, sponsors and logos through our wizards. There is no months-long implementation project.

How many users can we create?

Unlimited. You create your own roles and permissions, for the sponsor committee, treasurer, secretary and communications committee, so every volunteer only sees what they need.

Can we collect membership fees automatically?

Yes. Loyal2Sports creates fee runs per team, age group or membership type, sends invoices and reminders automatically and processes payments via iDEAL or direct debit with Mollie as the payment service. For flawless fee runs we are building integrations with ING, Rabobank and ABN AMRO.

What happens when our volunteers change?

Everything stays in the platform: sponsor history, contracts, invoices, communication and agreements. A new volunteer is assigned a role and picks up where the last one left off. No handover document, no loose spreadsheets.

Will our existing website keep working?

Yes. You can take the Loyal2Sports website, but you can also keep your current WordPress or VoetbalAssist site and simply embed sponsor pages, the shop, teams or sign-up forms in it.
