By letting every action happen only once. A member signs up online and is immediately in the member file, on their team and in the fee run. A sponsor chooses and pays, and the contract produces the invoice. A shift is on the planning board and the hours flow through to payout. Everything that now lives in separate spreadsheets and mailboxes disappears from the volunteer’s plate.
You pay per module. Sponsor & Product Management costs €25 per month, Members & Teams €1.50 per member per year, Volunteer management €1 per volunteer per year and the club website from €699 per year. Club communication and Event management are free. A club of 400 members with sponsorship and communication therefore pays about €75 per month. Yes. The Sportlink import wizard brings in members and teams as often as you like. Lisa (hockey), VoetbalAssist and WordPress are supported too, as are accounting packages via UBL invoices.

Yes. Loyal2Sports creates fee runs per team, age group or membership type and processes payments via iDEAL or direct debit with Mollie as the payment service; reminding and dunning is one click from the invoice list. For flawless fee runs we are building integrations with ING, Rabobank and ABN AMRO.
Everything stays in the platform: sponsor history, contracts, invoices, communication and agreements. A new volunteer is assigned a role and picks up where the last one left off. No handover document, no loose spreadsheets.
Yes. You can take the Loyal2Sports website, but you can also keep your current WordPress or VoetbalAssist site and simply embed sponsor pages, the shop, teams or sign-up forms in it.
Only if you are comfortable with it. We set one cookie of our own and use what we see for two things: making the site nicer to use and knowing how many people come by. It stays within Loyal2Sports, we sell nothing on and there is no ad network behind it.
